Kerri Kurens is a nationally certified massage therapist, graduating from the Colorado School of Healing Arts, in
2005.
Her training includes techniques in Swedish, Deep Tissue and Neuromuscular therapy. She has also received certification in pre-natal massage
through the Boulder College of Massage Therapy.
As a runner, Kerri has participated in races from the New York Marathon
to the Pike’s Peak ascent. She understands the special demands that
athletes make on their bodies and enjoys working with the athlete at
any level.
Kerri is a certified yoga instructor, completing over 200
hours of training at Samadhi Center for Yoga in Denver. She will incorporate breath work into your session to deepen your experience, and is always happy to suggest stretches and strengthening exercises you can do to facilitate the healing process.
